Below are the answers to some commonly asked questions.
1. How long will it take to get my order delivered? It usually takes us 5-7 days to ship most orders depending if the item you ordered is in stock or we have to manufacturer it.During our busy months(Spring-Summer) sometimes a couple of days longer! Then add on a reasonable amount of time for delivery from our factories in North Carolina, anywhere from 2-5 days is the average fron east coast to west coat delivery and anywhere in between. We try to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible!

Our Shipping and Return Policy: We require that someone sign for each delivery or verbally authorize the delivery company to deliver your shipment. We prefer that you inspect your delivery before signing the shipping release, but we understand not everyone can be at home to do so during the week.Please inspect the delivery carton for puncture holes or excessive wear and tear, you may also ask to inspect the contents upon delivery.If your shipment is delivered damaged by the delivery company, please refuse only the damaged chair,Fedex is required to return the damaged chair back to us and we will ship a new replacement immediately. If your chair is delivered with a damaged rocker runner we ask that you accept delivery and we will ship you a replacement runner. It takes about 5 minutes to replace a rocker runner.If your chair arrives with a small paint scratch we can provide touch-up paint. We only use Fedex Freight for our residential deliveries as their damage percentage averages less than %1 nationwide! We want our customers to be satisfied.

Our Guarantee!All of our rocking chairs are for use only on a fully covered porch that does not expose the rockers to extreme sun or harsh elements. We do not guarantee any of our chairs that are exposed to salt air or harsh coastal environments. We do guarantee all of our chairs to be free of frame defects upon receipt, paint finishes are not covered. There are no express or other implied warranties implied elsewhere. If by any chance you are not satisfied with your chair immediately upon receipt and notification to Portico within 2 business days by email we will gladly refund your purchase less any inbound and outbound shipping charges. Our coverage is limited to frame defects only. We will arrange for the delivery company to pick up the chairs and return to us. You are responsible for packing the chairs for freight carrier shipment. Chairs must be returned to us in like new salable condition to avoid a restocking fee of $50 per chair. Chairs returned without damages will incur a $50 restocking fee per chair and return shipping charges deducted from credit. Please note we cannot warranty any of our chairs purchased unfinished or with custom finishes as we do not have control of the end users choice of finishes and application techniques or materials or chairs that have been exposed to the direct elements (rain,sleet,snow,direct sun etc). Our chairs are meant for use indoor use or on a fully covered porch. The average lifespan of our rocking chairs is between 15-20 years when used properly.
